Cleansing and exfoliation for Radiant Skin


Pollution makes dust clogs pores on the face which increase bacterial growth and lead to acne or spots. Chemicals in the air also affect the natural oils in your skin. When skin exposed, it becomes dull and lifeless.

Clean your face regularly with a soap free mild cleanser. Women with oily skin should apply a mask to absorb excessive oil, tighten pores and remove impurities. Another important step is exfoliation, which gives radiant, healthy and smooth skin.

Oily skin has difficulty exfoliating or sloughing off the dead skin cells, due to the sticky nature of oil. When the skin type is dry, dead skin accumulates quickly creating a dull appearance to the skin. In addition to, inhibiting effective natural skin exfoliation and needed moisture absorption.

Homemade for exfoliation
Raw eggs are wonderful for face masks. Simply beat two eggs, a little water, and some honey into a bowl. Rub it onto your face and let it dry for fifteen minutes. After it dries, wash it off well. Be sure to keep it away from your eyes and mouth. This is a great way to lightly exfoliate your skin as well.

Homemade for Cleansing
Plain yogurt is a cleanser that moisturizes as well. You can add a little honey to the mixture and apply it onto your face. Avoid your eyes. Leave it on your face for about ten minutes and then wash off with water. You will get the silky skin.

Homemade mask
Take 1 tablespoon oatmeal with 1 egg yolk and milk. Mix oatmeal with enough milk to make a paste. Beat the egg yolk and blend it with the oatmeal paste. Leave it on the skin for fifteen minutes. Rinse off with warm water. The egg yolk softens the skin and oatmeal helps to cleanse and nourish the skin.
For dry skin, you may add a teaspoon of honey.
For greasy skin, a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Homemade moisture
Take 2 teaspoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix both ingredients until form a paste. Apply it to face and neck, leave on for 15-20 minutes. After dry, wash with lukewarm water.
